I’m finally walking and my first stop was to enter the kitchen and create dessert. I made my son’s favorite cake – red velvet. The cake was filled with a chocolate raspberry ganache and covered in cream cheese icing. I am very proud of this latest cake. It came out beautiful and tasted as devine as it looks.

I would love to spend all my free time creating baked goods and quite possibly one day owning my own catering business. But the first step in this puzzle is me getting my education which will open the door for a better job on many levels personal to me. Once I can accomplish that I can then spend time thinking and planning the next phase of my life and if catering is the right fit for it.
For now the pieces to my jigsaw puzzle are slowly moving into place. I’m excited to finish the puzzle. I feel in my heart that the puzzles image is going to be a beautiful, brightly colored one. I can’t view all the pieces at the moment because there scattered about some facing up, some facing down. As I lay each piece in its proper spot it’s becoming clearer that I have a master piece.
